PIANO TUNING
The biggest mistake people make with there pianos is not to tune them you should be tuning your piano at least every year. not tuning de values your piano investment. a piano loses about 5%to10% of pitch every year so if you don't tune it for 5 years thats 25%to 50%.
So most important tune your piano its the best thing you can do.
Regulation is another issue most people don't know about, basically its adjustment of the piano action so it feels nice to play ie not sloppy or lose feel.
this should be done every 5 to 10 years but its not as critical as the tuning, it won't devalue the piano, it just makes it horrid to play.
